All merchandise sold by LavishlyHip is sourced directly from the designer/brand and is 100% authentic. We have built long-term relationships with many of our brands. We are authorized retailers for all our designers; Kendra Scott, Chan Luu, and Sheila Fajl as far back as 2010!

Shopping at LavishlyHip.com is safe. We use a 256 bit encryption by using HTTPS to ensure all transactions are securely processed.

Your cart is not guaranteed until you check-out and complete your payment.

We do our best to maintain up-to-date inventory, but during times of increased shopping traffic, inventory discrepancies may sometimes occur. If we are unable to fulfill your order in its entirety, you will receive an email notification, and will be refunded for any sold-out items.

We have inventory in several states for our select stores. At this time, we are charging sales tax for the following states:

We currently accept all major credit cards -- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Orders of $150 and more will require signature to accept the package to help insure its delivery. USPS will leave a notice if no one is available.

We provide Free Standard shipping via USPS on all orders over $20. Any order under $20 will have a flat rate $2.99 shipping cost.

There is an option to select USPS Priority Shipping at checkout if you would like to purchase a faster shipping option. USPS Priority shipping is normally 2-3 business days. Please note: These are estimates and Priority Shipping is not a guaranteed delivery method. We hope our customers understand, we are dependent on USPS transportation channels and we do not refund the Priority Shipping fee if the package does not arrive in the expected 2-3 business days.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email within 24 hours, please first check your Spam folder. If the email is not in your Spam folder, please send an email to custserv@lavishlyhip.com.

We fulfill orders within 2 business days of receipt. Every customer will receive an auto-generated email with the tracking number when the shipping label is created.

Our free standard shipping is via USPS 1st Class. The post office estimates this shipping method to take 3-5 business days. Again, These are estimates and 1st Class is not a guaranteed delivery method. We hope our customers understand, we are dependent on USPS transportation channels.

You will receive an auto-generated email with the tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be active.

Creating an 'Account' with us will allow for easy checking of your order status.

Every piece of jewelry we ship will arrive in a LavishlyHip gift box with its organza bag or designer pouch. We consider every order a gift!

If you would like to revise your order, please email us at custserv@lavishlyhip.com with the subject heading as "REVISE ORDER: YOUR NAME – YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER". Emails must be received by us within 2 hours of completing your order. We will do our best to modify your order per your request.

After this time period, we will not be able to revise your order.

We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. We may be able to cancel your order if the request is received within 2 hours of your order's completion. Please email us at custserv@lavishlyhip.com with subject heading as "CANCEL ORDER: YOUR NAME – YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER".

First, our apologies for sending an incorrect or damaged item. Please email us at custserv@lavishlyhip.com within 10 days of the purchase date. Please include the original invoice with your return, and note the specific defect or error.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any unworn item for a full refund within 30 days of shipment. Returns must be in unused condition with all its original tags intact, as originally shipped and in its gift box. To request a return, please email us at custserv@LavishlyHip.com with subject heading as "RETURN REQUEST: YOUR NAME-YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER". Please include the item and your reason for the return in the body of the email. We request the return reason as it allow us to better serve our customers.

We will provide the return authorization number, a prepaid return label and instructions. Expedited shipping charges are not refundable.

Once a return is received, your refund will be posted to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
Please note: Refund processing is dependent on your bank or credit card company.

If you are being refunded for more than 1 order, each order refund will process separately and it is common to have one order complete sooner than the other. This is normal. Please be patient and wait the 5 business days for the refunds to process.

Refunds cannot be processed to a different payment method other than the one that was used for the original order.

At time, we do not ship internationally. We do expect to offer this service in the future.

We do not offer jewelry repair services.
