Returns and Exchanges Policy.  At LAVISHLYHIP™ we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We gladly offer Returns and Exchanges, when possible, for any unworn/unused item within 30 days of delivery receipt. 

Item(s) must be:

1. Unworn with their original tags intact as when originally shipped, and

2. In their original gift box with designer pouch/organza bag

Please send us an email at custserv@lavishlyhip.com with:

1. Your name and the name of the original buyer if not the same

2. The order number from the original invoice/packing slip

3. The reason for your return or exchange request

4. Your phone number in the event we need to contact you

 

We will reply within 1 business day with your Return Authorization code, pre-paid return label and return/exchange instructions.

We reserve the right to enact a $3 restock fee, as we see fit, on returns when a customer returns frequently.

Final Sale items are not returnable because of their highly discounted price.  These items will be noted as Final Sale items in our store.

Please note that refunds are not issued for any expedited shipping or international shipping charges (such as USPS Priority or UPS two day, next day or overnight services), regardless of the reason for your return or exchange.

After 30 days has passed from the date of delivery receipt, there will be NO refunds or exchanges.

Delivery Receipt is the date the post office or delivery service posts that the package was delivered.

Any gift item shipped to you from LAVISHLYHIP™ may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future LAVISHLYHIP™ order. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Returns for orders originally purchased with a LAVISHLYHIP™ gift card will be refunded to the LAVISHLYHIP™ card used in the original order. Merchandise credits may be redeemed on LAVISHLYHIP.COM and are not redeemable in retail locations.
