USPS Priority Shipping Option Available at Checkout
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of finalized/verified payment.
Items are shipped in a gift box, double padded cushion in a bubble sleeve. Items are then placed in either a Tyvek mailing pouch or mailing box.
All shipping is via USPS. LavishlyHip’s shipping is via USPS 1st Class, which the post office estimates to take 3 to 5 business days. If you would like a faster shipping option, please purchase 2-3 day Priority Shipping at checkout. Please note these are estimated delivery channels, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
LavishlyHip gladly offers returns for any unworn item within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be:
1. Unworn with their original tags intact as when originally shipped,
2. and in their original gift box with designer pouch/organza bag.
Please send us an email at custserv@lavishlyhip.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with your Return Authorization code, pre-paid return label and instructions.
Final Sale items are not returnable because of their highly discounted price. These items will be noted as Final Sale items in our store.
